The last NBA 2K20 rating updates for 2019 are available. Let's check out who finishes the year strong and whose performance decreased. Jordan McRae is the star of this update. With +4 increase, he leads the top for the biggest update. He now sits at 72 OVR. There are ten players that got a +3 increase. Luka Doncic from the Dallas Mavericks is one of them. His OVR is now 96. Hassan Whiteside from the Portland Trail Blazers now has 84 OVR. Fred VanVleet is with the Toronto Raptors since 2016. He won the last season's NBA Championship with this team. His performance improved and as a result, he now has 83 OVR. Carmelo Anthony started his professional NBA career in 2003. This season he plays for the Portland Trail Blazers. He got an OVR boost and now has 79 OVR. James Ennis from the Philadelphia 76ers has 78 OVR after the update. Norman Powell is with the Toronto Raptors. His OVR after the rating update is 77. Tony Bradley is with Utah Jazz. This center player has 75 OVR. Skal Labissiere is a player from Port-au-Prince, Haiti. He currently plays for the Portland Trail Blazers. His OVR is 75. Chris Clemons plays as a point guard for the Houston Rockets. He has 73 OVR. Abdel Nader plays for Oklahoma Thunder City. He has 73 OVR. Almost 20 players got a +2 OVR boost. The highest-rated are Spencer Dinwiddie, Jonas Valanciunas, JaVale McGee, and Brandon Clarke. Sixty-four players got +1 OVR. It's not such a big upgrade but it's something and it is certainly better than a downgrade. Giannis Antetokounmpo and James Harden with 97 OVR are the highest-rated players from this batch.
The update also lowered the rating for some players. Kyle Kuzma is the player with the biggest decrease. He got a -3 OVR downgrade that now places him at 78 OVR. He is playing professional basketball since 2071 alongside the Los Angeles Lakers. Ten players got -2 OVR. Blake Griffin from the Detroit Pistons now has 86 OVR. Draymond Green from the Golden State Warriors has 83 OVR after the update. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has 81 OVR. Meyers Leonard from Miami Heat and Al-Farouq Aminu from Orlando Magic have 75 OVR. Nicolas Batum, Dewayne Dedmon, DeMarre Carroll, and Allen Crabbe are other players that got -2 OVR. Forty-six players got -1 OVR. Kawhi Leonard now has 96 OVR. Paul George sits at 93 OVR.
